A really good venue for city centre and a good sized apartment. Minor negative feedback points.As the door hinges are spring-loaded, rubber door wedges are needed to keep the doors open. Plastic ones don’t work.Align the TV to the wi-fi for improved channeling.Bathroom extractor fan doesn’t work, so the app’t fills with condensation when bathing/showering.Advise guests of the extended building works around the whole building.Cotton tea-towels please. Polyester doesn’t work.Thanks.

Thank you for a very comfortable stay last night. My wife and my daughter and partner were very pleased with the apartment which provided all the facilities we required. We hope we have left the apartment in the same clean and tidy manner which greeted us on arrival on Saturday. We will certainly consider returning when we next visit Nottingham.

Value for money, cheaper than a hotel.CONS:Scaffolding obstructing view from our windows.Builders woke us up, so couldn't get much of a lie in and we had to keep blinds down most of the time for privacy.No teas or coffees like hotel.Early checkout time 10.30 amFreezer and fridge were switched off beforewe arrived so we're leaking.PROS:Clean accommodation.Towels provided.Late arrival allowed through self service.Comfortable amount of space.Really close to town and shops.Okay response time if need to ask questionsthrough e-chat, was within 12 hours.Price, very good for what you get tbh.

What a beautiful flat to stay in , so roomy and light . Everything you need for a city break . Very convenient location for the city centre . The flat looks just as it does in the photos. Would definitely come back with my family or use again to stop over for work

Unfortunately car parking was not available due to building work but we found a local car park which had a reasonable price for 24hrs.A short walk to the apartments and entry was fine along with getting the room key from the safe.The apartment was spacious and comfortable, after our evening out we had a good nights sleep.Not sure if the shampoo and conditioner was supplied or left by a previous visitor but shampoo was empty. Would advise taking your own to be on the safe side.There was some coffee left over from a previous visitor. Advise getting a small jar tea/coffee and pint of milk if you want coffee in the morning/evening.we would stay again if we have a future event in Nottingham

Cranbrooke house is in an amazing location, 10min walk from the train station and close to shops bars etc, the apartment was really big and had everything you need, great value for money.. only downfall is the hot water I couldn't get it working, apart from that everything was spot on.

The apartments were very smart and spacious and the beds very comfortable. The check-in process was very easy and efficient.The only problem was the bedroom window blind in apartment 8 which I had to climb up to in order to pull it down at night and up in the morning.

The best serviced apartments in Nottingham

Never stayed in an apartment before but was really happy with the experience. I’m a wheelchair user so I was a bit worried but there is a lift to get in and out the apartment block but unfortunately it’s a long winded way round as we didn’t get the quicker lift key. I booked parking for the 2 days on site but no discount for being disabled so we paid the full price of £30. Location is excellent as it’s really close to the town centre and the motorpoint arena, which is ideal. Good value for money and lovely place to visit, with an amazing view. Would definitely book to go there again. I would rate it 7/10 due to a few issues mentioned above etc but if you are looking for a great place to stay that’s affordable and near the shops, then this is for you.

Was pleasantly surprised, apartment clean & spacious, equipped with everything we needed for our stay, plus full instructions for working tv remote to Wi-Fi etc.Comfy beds & lovely comfortable chairs in lounge. Had a relaxing weekend & was enjoyed by all.

The property was so well placed. We went to see The 1975 at the Motorpoint Arena and it was just round the corner, which was great at it was raining a lot!So close to all good restaurants and pubs. We booked an apartment for a gig at the Motorpoint Arena in Nottingham. The directions to guide us through the city's one way system was helpful. The location was great as we were only a few minutes walk from the arena. The apartment itself was very nice, with all the amenities we needed and an amazing panoramic view of the city. I would definitely recommend this to anyone for a city stay, and we will choose to stay here again ourselves.

We came up to Nottingham for a concert at the Motorpoint Arena. This clean and tidy apartment is situated in an ideal position for all city centre events. A stones throw away from all eating and drinking establishments with a great view of the city and a couple of minutes walk from the arena.

The apartment had everything you could want. It was clean,warm and i had a great view from the 12th floor. Cheaper than some hotels. Very close to the city center. A little noisy with traffic but thats to be expected.I would stay there again

we was visiting Nottingham for the Xmas market and a concert at the motorpoint arena, and chose to stay at cranbrook house again. we had an apartment on the 12th floor which looked like it had recently been refurbished, it was very clean and comfortable and a great view over the city. only a short walk away from the arena and a couple of minutes to the shopping center. good communication from the owners and secure parking below the building. will be staying here again on our next trip back

A small problem arose with our booking on the first night and we had to be accommodated elsewhere. The member of staff on duty dealt with this in a very professional way.Although on a bust street it is not too noisy but do bring ear plugs.Because of the initial problem, we then stayed in a two bedroom apartment which had a well fitted out kitchen although we would prefer a dishwasher rather than a clothes washer.Very handy location for the Ice Arena and indeed the centre of Nottingham as a whole. We would stay here again if visiting.

The apartment was very spacious and well presented. Nice clean sheets on the beds andfluffy white towels in the bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen if you want to stay in and cook.Access is easy to the block any time of the day or night if you are arriving late.The town centre is an easy 10 min walk and there is a Sainsburys just up the road.The only thing to be aware of that it can be quite noisy from the traffic on the road below.I would certainly book here again when visiting Nottingham

Absolutely great from start to finish

had A great stay in this lovely apartment. The views were fabulous. It was very clean and catered for all our needs. 11 minute walk from city centre and a 1 minute walk from lots of restaurants and night life. To be honest we didn’t want to come home and this will be a place I will stay again and again .

We arrived at the apartment around 3 hours earlier than check-in. I was struggling to find the carpark entrance as I don't know Nottingham very well at all so I had to call the number provided. It was raining and the lovely lady came outside and stood and waited for me so that she could direct us. She had already got our keys ready and was always there at the end of the phone for any queries. The room was immaculate and so lovely. Lovely decor and felt quite luxury! Really enjoyed our stay here and especially the price that we got it for. We have said that if ever needing anywhere to stay in Nottingham now we would always try for availability here first. Definitely stay. Amazing views from the 12th floor apartment too.

After a disastrous start to our weekend having booked an Airbnb that had not left us a key or was not answering messages we booked this very last minute. It was amazing, totally clean all good facilities, including secure parking (£10) for the day but worth it as was very secure. Right next to the town centre and communiation was excellent

We stayed at cranbrook apartments on saturday 6th july ' we had a 1 bedroom apartment whichwas on the 6th floor ' the apartment was immaculate very modern and very bright ' we were even allowed to check in earlier that than the stated time which was 3'30 as we were going to nottingham races ' that gave us more time to get ready ' the underground parking is easy to access so all in all we had a great time carn't fault the apartment at all ' many thanks

After reading bad reviews I was a bit worried but the apartment was clean spacious and beds were comfy too. There was a lot of traffick noise but it's in town it was unfortunate that the night we stayed there were boy racers revving up early hours of the night which gave us a restless night. Apart from the noise it was perfect

I stopped for one night, and the apartment was lovely, bed clean and comfy, indeed the whole place spotlessly clean.I was attending an Ice Hockey match at the Arena only a couple of minutes away, this is handy also for shops and Restaurants, hope this is just the first of many stops here.

The apartment was comfortable, clean and generally as described. Combined with the just off-city-centre location & efficient check-in/out, it was a good choice. Shame that it lacked the finishing touches that the price would warrant. 2 person flat with 1 key. 4 glasses - different sizes. 4 mugs - different designs. Unplug something & the socket comes out of the wall. Directions & instructions were 5 years out of date. I would consider using again but I'd expect the quality to match the price.

Nice clean apartment, well positioned for city centre, fantastic views.Only issue was trying to find the entrance to car park due to road/building work in front of gate & rather long winded instructions emailed too late to print off resulted in having to read on mobile whilst using google maps at same time & having to negotiate one way system 3 times.

A great apartment, however not the one shown in any of the pictures, don’t get me wrong or think I’m denigrating this accommodation but a rating should be all encompassing, I would recommend this place. There were slats missing on the living room blind and the couch had seen better days, there was a hole in the bedroom door and the mattress stitching was undone allowing the innards out, we were on the fourth floor on a Friday night and I’m fairly deaf so slept really well, my partner isn’t deaf and the noise coming up from the bars and clubs and people partying in the street kept her awake till four in the morning, I would still recommend this place.

Cranbrook House services apartments surpassed my expectations. I was with my teenage daughter who isn’t easily impressed but asked if we could stay gir the week! It was great to have a kitchen which wa clean and well equipped. Plenty of space for us and a lovely comfortable bed. They were also very helpful to deal with. Will definitely stay there again.

A spacious and well located apartment in the centre of Nottingham near shops and entertainment. Bright Windows with lovely view of the city (11th floor). The apartment was well equipped, the only disappointment was that the washer/dryer was broken....the drum did not turn leaving us with a load of soaking wet dirty washing.

My 3rd time staying here in the last 18 months, would happily book again. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes walk from the centre. Secure underground parking is very useful. The automated check-in is also useful as all codes and instructions emailed to you beforehand. Didn't need customer service on this trip but on previous visits they were very helpful and patient with me

Booked as near the Arena for 1 night. Everything you need in the apartment, could happily have stayed there for a week. Only down side is not having a manned reception no one to ask questions, however on using given phone number staff were very efficient at sorting things out. The instructions sent looked daunting and were lengthy but information was good and ensured security with key codes, once there it all made sense and was simple. Apartment clean, tidy, good size, well equipped with views over the skyline and a small balcony. Would definately book again.

We were visiting Nottingham for a concert and wanted a couple nights stay. After looking around at hotels in November we decided on these apartments as the price was so competitive and you got a lot more for your money. There is even a washing machine! Motorpoint Arena is right round the corner and shopping centres just up the road. We paid extra for the parking which was very useful as you are right underneath the building. The apartment was presented well and the owners are easily contactable by email. We stayed one night and the apartment was perfect for us, we were all 16 and over.Great central location, really spacious and comfortable. We were on 7th floor with amazing views by night and day! Balconies scared me though as would not have wanted young children with me but for adults it isa great place to stay. Will definitely use again.

This was a lovely apartment and had just about everything you could ask for. It was very clean, very comfortable and close to the City Centre as well as on the doorstep of the Nottingham Ice Stadium. Key collection was convenient, on site and so easy. The bed was comfortable and the rooms spacious.The only down sides were the bath front cover was loose but that had no effect on us, and it was advertised as having free toiletries, but there was only a pump action hand wash bottle in the apartment, no shower gel or shampoo. However we felt this might have been an oversight and we were only there for one night, so showering and shampooing with hand wash wasn't too much of a trial. Tea and coffee sachets were also plentiful. We don't normally think about an apartment when staying away, and to be truthful if I hadn't made a mistake with a hotel booking we wouldn't have thought about it this time.We will definitely do it again though as it is so much more comfortable than just a hotel room.The Cranbrook House apartments are definitely on my recommended list and we will be booking there again next time we stop over in Nottingham. We will also now be looking at apartment stays when we stay in London or elsewhere as we have found it is a so much better experience.

Ok I'm going to be brutally honest, BUT I would definitely stay here again, it is so close to the Motorpoint Arena with several good places to eat only a very short stroll away.The building and car park are pretty secure, although the main door delay once opened is May too long, anyone could just wander in, and in fact this happened to us twice while we were there.Now on to the apartment, we stayed in the one bedroom apartment on the 4th floor,on a quick look around we were impressed, everything very clean, but a little tired looking, and it wouldn't take much to put the minor niggles right, the mattress wasn't the best it was uncomfortable, far too soft and lumpy, also every time one of us moved it made a really loud creaking noise and so I didn't sleep at all, I am disabled and suffer ongoing pain daily, I take various drugs for this plus Morphine,the night was extremely windy and the apartment directly above us had some sort of plastic furniture cover that had broken loose and was flapping and cracking in the wind, the double glazing is not the best and we could here people talking across the road!The bathroom isn't the best layout and anyone of large size would not be able to stand directly in front of the sink to wash, they would have to stand to the side as the gap between the sink and wall is very tight.The sealant around the bath needs digging out and replacing, also the strip along the bottom of the shower screen needs either a good long sock in hot water with bleach, or replacing altogether, also in the top corner between the wall, bath and screen door needs a really good clean as pinky black mould is present.Like I say little niggles that can easily be rectified, the overall experience was fine and the cleaning was excellent, like I say we would use Cranbrook House again, but only if my pointers are addressed.

A lovely place to stop.Wish we could have stopped a little longer as the apartment is lovely furnished.The only thing I could find to comment on is in the bathroom.The towel rail needs to be looked at as it has come away from the wall and screwed back in, not very well.Will definitely stop here again.

We booked the apartment back in November as we was going to watch Craig David.This apartment was amazing it was clean and spacious with 2 bathrooms and amazing views. We will definitely be back ! Highly recommend this apartment.

What a great place to stay!Stayed at this venue a week ago and have nothing but praise for the location, views and ease of booking (just a shame i forgot my camera to capture the views!)The bedrooms were spacious and bright (one did have an iron mark on the carpet but this didnt distract from the great room) Beds were very comfy too. Ive read some reviews which state they couldn't sleep due to the noise and light's from the city... this isnt a problem when on the top floor.Tv is what youd except, freeview that worked well.Lounge had plenty of room to socialise and plenty of seating around the table to chat. Kitchen was well equiped for a small stay with ample space in the fridge and freezer for your own food.Id definitely stay again at this location when staying in Nottingham rather than pay more for a lifeless hotel room that you cant even open the window!

Very convient to the city centre. Room was clean, however when I attempt to open the bedroom the handle was broken and the bathtub cover is vroken as well and some of the bulb lights arent working. But hat doesnt really affect my stays. I will definitely come back and stay in this apartment.

Had a great weekend, stayed a couple of nights. Everything was clean and tidy. We had a 2 double bedroom apartment and unusually(from experience in other places) there were enough seats to accommodate everyone that was staying, we even had a couple of friends in for the evening who were also staying in another apartment on a different floor. These apartments are very handy for shopping and also very close to the Arena, so if you're thinking of attending a gig - it's less than 5 mins walk. The car park is a bit tricky especially if you have a large car.

We booked 2 nights in this apartment to combine shopping and a gig at the Arena. The booking was straightforward, value for money and excellent communication was provided in preparation for arrival.The apartment was spacious, clean and nicely furnished.It was very close to walk to the shops and the arena, would definitely recommend.

A lovely apartment with fabulous views across Nottingham city. We stayed on 12th Floor. Neat & Tidy with plenty of facilities- we cooked our own meals- they even provided washing up liquid & dish cloths! Simple to get keys and return them to the safe easily enough. The main entrance was littered with smashed glass on our return in the late evening and a group of youngsters were partying a few floors below but you can't blame the booking agent for that.Would recommend and use again, thank you.

the apartment was nice inside, bed very comfy, Wi-Fi and tea and coffee. we didn't have a hair dryer in our apartment which it was suppose to have.location is excellent.

We stay probably every 6 weeks in these apartments and are never disapointed. Always clean and comfortable and easy check in and our procedures.

Had a fantastic stay at cranbrook house. To check in and out was very easy as the email sent previous to us checking in explained everything clearly. AMAZING location if you are wanting a night out in the city centre. Very easy to find and although we didn't use the car park due to being dropped off, parking was offered and there was a lot of choice. The balcony was a great added feature. Plenty of space to get ready and all the essentials where there. I most defiantly will be staying again but will be extending the check out time as 10:30 was a little early.

Very clean spacious rooms we were very happy with our short stay. Also the staff were very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay, the rooms were large clean and light. The weather was very hot during our stay, the apartment would benefit from air conditioning. The only real downside was traffic notice which, even with the windows closed, was pretty loud and constant. A slight oddity as a lack of any shower gel/soap although there was hand soap. Better than a hotel for a family group, we'd stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Cranbrook. Staff were very nice and helpful. It was a beautiful place and we have no complaints

Good central location and amenities

The place is really good, located just right to everything in the city center. it is clean. but a littlie bit noisy at night, not all nights though.

Flat was adequate. Beds were small - husband and son 6 1 in height.Noisy til early hours of morning.

3rd stay and already booked next! Recommend very highly: secure car parking at reasonable rate, good security, very well kept and maintained. Like walking into your own apartment close to city centre or easy walk to cricket and football grounds. Train station 15 minutes walk away too.

The apartment could not be faulted, was designed really nice and in excellent condition. Located right in the middle of Nottingham just a 5-10 min walk from the Cubs. Would definitely stay there again

We would definitely stay again, the appartment was spacious which everything we needed and very clean! All self check in information was clear and easy to do. We wish we had booked for more than one night. I would also use the carpark that comesWith the appartment and pay the 10 pounds to reserve a space, the parking else where was bit further away.

I spent three nights there with my friend in one of the two bedroom apartments and i absolutely loved the place. Very good amount of space, excellent facilities on offer. Only one or two minor imperfections but aside from those it's a really lovely place. I'll most definitely be staying there next time my friend comes to visit.

The apartments are like a home from home, and in a great location. Everything you need is included. It would be nice to stay for a few nights if we are in Nottingham again.The apartments are hard to access when you travel by car but one of the staff, a lovely lady who I think was called Julia, went really out of her way to direct us and make checking in go smoothly. She even sorted out a parking space for us at short notice, and let my fiancé in the building when he was having trouble with the access code. Julia is a real credit to the organisation, such a lovely lady.

Convenient and within walking distance of the station and very close proximity to the arena.Easy to follow instructions to check in and retrieve keys. Clean and well equipped (including kitchen with cooker and washing machine,and ironing board) although we were using solely as a base to lay our heads and dump our bags. After some initial confusion about the wi-fi that was soon rectified, enjoyed a very relaxing stay. Would definitely stay here again and have no hesitation about recommending and would certainly consider using for a longer stay.

I had arrived early at the Cranbrook house and phoned the office, although check in time was 15:30, I was allowed to have access to my apartment 90 mns early, while I waited for the room to be ready, the very nice lady, in charge, Shirley kept me updated on the phone while I was having lunch. Nothing to stay about the flat it's was clean, spacious, lot of natural light, located on the 12th floor of a tall modern residential building, with other residents different from the serviced apartments, kitchen is well equipped (Washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, hob, and cultlery).I can't fault the Cranbrook apartment in any way. The only suggestion I would make is to add for extra safety: a security chain and an additionallock at the door of the flat, it's good to have that sense of security when you're sleeping somewhere for the first time. I would definitely recommend Cranbrook apartment. Thank you to the whole team, it was well worth the money!

Excellent staff and great directions. Good location for the purpose of our trip. Would recommend staying there again. The own downside is that it is also a residential building, which would be fine if someone haven't set of the smoke alarm smoking from the residential side. The bath had an unusual tap system but I'm being picky now!

Cranbrook house was just what we needed first break this year. We was a bit aprohensive as we booked it at short notice. Very pleasantly surprised the apartment, was clean tidy. Full equipped and we liked the lay out. Plus the there is lifts to everywhere. and in the right place for out first visit to nottinghan. The lace sector is only a few steps away. Well please we booked the car parking as the car was very safe and we didnt need to see it for a few days. Very pleased and will use again when we return to Nottingham

First time in Nottingham and I wanted to be close to everything as possible and this location was perfect. Bars, pubs, nightclubs and the train station was within 15 minutes walk. The apartment itself was modern, clean and had everything I needed, just as the pictures suggest. I stayed on the seventh floor with an incredible balcony view.I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Nottingham.

We were very satisfied with our stay in Cranbrook House. Although there were a couple of problems when we arrived, Shada came as soon as she read the mail and fixed everything quickly. She also provided us with a few extras. The bed was very comfortable and, to our delight, it was really quiet, by day and night. We didn't need a car and hardly ever used the buses, everything was so close and convenient.

Although I cannot comment on Cranbrook house I had to review the service they have provided.I booked to stay here as was attending a concert, a lovely lady called the day before my stay to say they had some issues in the building, as you can imagine panic set it but she said don't worry we have got a room for you in the Premier Suites apartment block. Oh and it was the penthouse. I could not have wished for better service. Thank you so much for making sure I had somewhere safe to stay, above and beyond. Well done.

Lovely apartment. Very spacious and modern and exceptionally clean. If you are using the secured parking, the entrance is very difficult to spot so just follow the directions very carefully. Staff exceptional helpful. Bathroom lacking in some toiletries

One night stay. Loved the location, size of rooms in apartment, decor, quality of furnishings and the welcome pack. Would highly recommend to others. only minor issues were leaky shower door in ensure and some spotlights needing replacing.

Clean, pleasent stay, friendly staff, had a request for a second key.. Was at our door in minutes! Nothing was too much hassle! Second time ive stayed there and will definately book again for next year!!

This place was really nice! Comfortable and safe. I loved that most places of interest were not too far from my doorstep.

The location was perfect! Very close to the train stationand most importantly the town centre.The apartment was extremely cosy and clean and had a lot of kitchen essential as well as fresh towels.I was particular satisfied with the customer service and contant with how fast they met my needs and I will definitely recommend this apartment to family and friends.

we stayed at the cranbrook again this is where we normally stop due to location as easy access to town centre and fm arena, but far enough away from the town to get a good nights sleep.the apartments are more than adequate and lookling better with some modernising been done would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in nottingham

Communications between Cranbrook house and ourselves was ace! Directions for entry was clear and the apartment itself was spacious and very clean, it had all we needed to be self contained with cooking and washing requirements!! Fab!

Know the area very well but even with if you should be new to the area it's in a brilliant location for the city! Apartment very clean with everything you need for a few days away! Couldn't fault it!

More coffee and sugar would have been fantastic. Only moans would be that the TV remote did not work so we had to manually change channels and volumes. Also, very noisy water tank/pipes! Through out the day and night we could hear loud gurgling from the kitchen and water tank area. Would love to book again, will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Though our stay was brief here the apartment was great, stylish and cozy. Though a complication had arisen earlier that day with part of our booking the team there were straight onto sorting it out and all was well when we got there. Only faults id say is thatthe instructions to the safe are slightly unclear, checkouts a bit early and larger glasses in the cubaords would be great

we thought apartment was very good ,close to town and it was very clean would go again.

We arrived late and found getting parked difficult as we had been allocated one swipe card for 2 apartments and 2 cars. One of the spaces was also unusable as part of the ceiling netting was hanging too low as stuff had fallen down in to it. Used someone else's space so hopefully not caused any problems. Apartments were clean and very user friendly and overall made an enjoyable stay

I checked in after office hours and the check in procedure was well thought out and easy to follow- not easy when you consider all the key codes, directions, parking instructions etc. My apartment was spotlessly clean, modern, comfortable, stylish and quiet.

We really liked the Cranbrook Apartment - it looked great, had a good view from the balcony and was reasonably spacious - even with two kids. The kitchen utilities were great and there was plenty for a young family to make meals etc. plus, it was very well located - close to some restaurants and only a short stroll from major tourist points. I would recommend

Just have to be careful finding car park entrance.Appreciated prior phone call with guidance re entry, although it sounded rather complicated - fortunately the security man was there on arrival and was very helpful.Location excellent for city centre and the Arena

Well located with all the necessary facilities and convenient parking below the building. Internet worked really well - not often the case on trips. A few fittings were damaged or broken which is why I've given 4 not 5 stars. However, will definitely stay there again and would recommend to friends.

The apartment was lovely! The only negative I would say is that the bath was leaking (app 48). Other than that it was brilliant!
